At AF Complex Management, we offer comprehensive garden maintenance as part of our standard monthly service to all clients—ensuring well-kept, visually appealing green spaces year-round. Clients can choose between a permanent on-site gardener or a roving garden maintenance team, depending on their property requirements.

Standard Monthly Services Include:

Individual Gardens:

Weekly lawn mowing (bi-weekly in winter, weather permitting)
Trimming of flowerbed edges
Turning of flowerbeds and weeding (on request)
Shrub trimming (on request)
Sweeping of patio areas (excluding movement of furniture)
Weekly watering of internal gardens

Common Gardens:

Regular lawn care and edge trimming (seasonally adjusted)
Maintenance of flowerbeds and tree bowls
Deadheading and removal of dead leaves
Encouragement of natural mulch layers
Professional pruning of shrubs and trees for aesthetic and healthy growth
Annual selective thinning and pruning (July–September)
Effective weed control using approved methods
Monthly inspection and maintenance of tree stakes
Sweeping of paved areas
Watering, scarifying, and aerating of lawns (seasonally)

General:

Replanting of dead plants (plant cost to client, no labor charge)
Seasonal rose pruning (mid-July to end-August)

Tools & Responsibilities:

Client: Provides general consumables, basic tools (brooms, rakes, pesticides, etc.)
AF Complex Management: Provides all core gardening equipment and machinery

Garden Refuse Removal:
Garden refuse removal will be arranged at the client’s cost.

Cleaning

Sweeping, washing, and polishing of stairwells using industry-grade cleaning products.

Window cleaning with appropriate chemicals for a streak-free finish.
Daily sweeping and maintenance of walkways.
Dusting and cleaning of light fixtures.
Removal of cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and hard-to-reach areas.
Thorough cleaning of parapet walls and other external surfaces.
Routine cleaning of communal ablution facilities.
Additional cleaning tasks as required within the common property.

Pool

Our Weekly Pool Service Includes:
